These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Cherryholme Platform ("we", "us", "our") and you ("User", "you", "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Cherryholme Platform mobile application and any related products or services ("Mobile Application", "Services").
By downloading or using the app, these terms automatically apply to you. You must read them carefully before using the app.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. You may not translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app remain the property of Cherryholme Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Mobile Application. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities that occur under it. Providing false information may result in account termination.
We may suspend, disable, or delete your account if you violate these Terms or if your behavior harms our reputation. If your account is deleted for these reasons, you may not re-register.
We do not own any data or content ("Content") you submit through the Mobile Application. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to all submitted Content.
You grant us permission to access, store, transmit, reformat, and display your Content solely as required to provide the Services.
We may remove Content that violates our policies or is harmful or objectionable.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. If auto-renewal is enabled, you will be charged automatically according to your selected subscription term.
We may request identification for high‑risk transactions. We reserve the right to change pricing or refuse orders at our discretion.
Occasionally, the Mobile Application may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct these without prior notice.
We perform regular backups but do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of these backups. In case of data loss, we will attempt to restore backups to minimize impact.
You may interact with third‑party advertisers while using the app. Any such interactions are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these interactions.
The Mobile Application may contain links to third‑party apps or websites. These links do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third‑party sites.
You may not use the Mobile Application for:
All intellectual property related to the Mobile Application remains the property of Cherryholme Platform or its licensors. Your use of the app does not grant you any rights to these assets.
The Mobile Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherryholme Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Mobile Application.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cherryholme Platform harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Mobile Application or your violation of these Terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Mobile Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
